Evaluative & Comment Adjectives (Tính từ đánh giá và bình luận) được dùng để thể hiện quan điểm, cảm xúc, hoặc đánh giá của người nói/viết về một sự việc, hành động, hay tình huống. Chúng giúp câu văn trở nên khách quan, lịch sự và mang tính học thuật — đặc biệt quan trọng trong writing & speaking C1–C2.

“It’s likely that prices will rise.” → (Có khả năng giá sẽ tăng.)
