Sample Answer (159 words):
Technology is part of my life every day. I use my phone to study, chat with friends, and listen to music. But sometimes I wonder what it would be like to spend one day without it.
If I didn’t use any technology for a day, I would probably feel bored at first. However, I think I would also have more time for real-life activities. I could read a book, talk to my parents, or go outside and enjoy nature. It might be difficult, but it would teach me to be more mindful and present.
A day without technology would remind me that happiness doesn’t always come from a screen. Sometimes the simplest moments are the most meaningful.
