1) Khái niệm nhanh
Comparatives (so sánh hơn) để so sánh hai đối tượng.
Superlatives (so sánh nhất) để nói “nhất” trong một nhóm (≥ 3).

5) Trạng từ (Adverbs)
- Trạng từ ngắn: fast → faster / the fastest.
- Phần lớn trạng từ dài: more + adv / the most + adv: more carefully, the most carefully.
- well → better → the best (bất quy tắc).
6) Bộ tăng/giảm mức độ với comparatives

7) Cấu trúc mở rộng hay gặp ở B1
- The ... the ... (so sánh tương xứng): The more you practice, the better you get.
- and + comparative (tăng dần): It’s getting colder and colder.
- one of + the + superlative + plural noun: one of the most beautiful cities.
- So sánh với kỳ vọng: cheaper than I thought, better than expected.
- Với hai đối tượng → dùng comparative, không dùng superlative: Of the two plans, plan A is better.
- as...as / not as/so...as: It isn’t as easy as it looks.
8) “More / Fewer / Less” – danh từ đếm được & không đếm được

Ghi chú: Trong tiếng Anh thông dụng, bạn sẽ thấy “less + plural noun” đôi khi vẫn xuất hiện, nhưng trong học thuật nên dùng fewer cho đếm được số nhiều.
9) Cụm danh từ & mạo từ với superlatives
- Luôn có the trước tính từ so sánh nhất: the biggest, the most useful.
- Thường kèm in / of để nêu phạm vi: the tallest in the class, the most popular of all.
- So sánh nhất của trạng từ: She works the hardest. / He drives the most carefully.
10) Lỗi thường gặp & cách tránh
- ❌ more better → ✅ better
- ❌ the most easiest → ✅ the easiest
- ❌ He is more tall than me → ✅ He is taller than I am (or than me trong văn nói)
- ❌ the best of the two (không chuẩn) → ✅ the better of the two / better than
- ❌ Nhầm less và fewer (xem mục 8).
